BOOT CAMP | SPRING 2012 – *UPDATED

The New Year is here. Resolutions are set and spring is right around the corner. Its time to get in the Fitness Center and get going on a brand new you! Boot Camp is a 6-week progressive fitness program design to get you in better shape. This is ultimate training class covers the entire fitness spectrum including Cardio Conditioning, Muscular Strength, Core Stability, Endurance, Flexability, and Overall Health.

Classes start FEBRUARY 6, 2012

Mondays & Wednesdays | 7:00AM-8:00AM

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30PM-6:30PM
